Boscov's Executive Training Program is designed to accelerate the career growth of our carefully selected trainees. Our Trainees must posses the same qualities as our top executives: an entreprenurial spirit, creative problem solving and strategic thinking.

During the first 12-18 months, Trainees will experience both store management and buying office assignments. They also attend a series of seminars focusing on retail management, the buying function and interpersonal skills. Trainees are highly visible while in the program, and their progress is monitored by their assigned Buyer/Store Manager and by the Director of Training and Development through quarterly performance appraisals.

At the conclusion of the Training program, Trainees continue on an accelerated career path as opportunities are created by the rapid growth of the company.
